Ideal Product Release

The Spring 2018 release focuses primarily on supporting additional integrations and providing further user experience improvements.

We added several new features and improved usability based upon customer feedback.

Release Highlights:

  • New customizable group toolbar. Set custom icons on a group’s toolbar to keep your employees’ focus where it should be.
  • A new button has been added to Show or Hide Inactive Employees in the Time Clock Inquiry Screen, Time Clock Inquiry Report, Billed Labor Report, and Employee Labor Efficiency Report.
  • Document Management has been added to several places in Ideal.
  • Product Activity has been changed for easier viewing if you are licensed for multiple locations. Also incorporated options to sort on the Location ID number, Location Name or Availability columns.
  • Coming soon! We have been working with Stens on a new automatic interface which includes parts inquiry and automatic purchase order submission.
  • Changes have been made to the Honda Registration Interface so the dealer can setup the system and tell the interface where to find the Honda Code for the units.
